ORDER PROCESSING

Each product is handcrafted in our Como atelier. Orders are produced on demand to keep our manufacturing processes sustainable and avoid overproduction. Our standard lead time is 5-7 business days for most products. (max 10 business days)

SHIPPING

All orders are packed and shipped from our atelier in Como. We ship your order via DHL BRT, UPS and FEDEX, both to Italy and internationally, offering flat shipping rates with tracking. Once your order is shipped you’ll receive an email with the tracking number and shipment details.

• Italy: €9

• Europe: €15

• Swiss and Europe (extra-eu): €20

• USA & Canada: €30

• Other destinations: €45

Delivery from shipping date is between 1-3 business days for Italy & European Union.
For international shippings please allow 3-5 business days from date of shipment.

CUSTOM DUTIES (INTERNATIONAL / EXTRA EU)

Orders to the EU, UK, USA and Switzerland are shipped DDP (customs and duties are included in the price)

If the products are to be delivered to a other countries outside the European Union, the total price indicated in the order is exclusive of customs duties and any other sales taxes. Please proceed the payment when you are contacted by the shipper.
