Order processing
Each product is handcrafted in our Como atelier. Orders are produced on demand to keep our manufacturing processes sustainable and avoid overproduction. Our standard lead time is 5-7 business days for most products. (max 10 business days).
In case you need a product to be rushed please inquire with us prior to placing the order as to confirm if it can be made.
We manage request of gift packages.
Shipping
All orders are packed and shipped from our atelier in Como. We ship your order via DHL BRT, UPS and FEDEX, both to Italy and internationally, offering flat shipping rates with tracking. Once your order is shipped you’ll receive an email with the tracking number and shipment details.

Custom duties (international / extra-eu)
If the products are to be delivered to a other countries outside the European Union, the total price indicated in the order is exclusive of customs duties and any other sales taxes. Please proceed the payment when you are contacted by the shipper.
