Return & exchanges

Exchanges

We have 30 days policy where garments can be exchanged. Exchanges are free of charge: we will ship the replacement at no additional cost.

All garments must be in unused condition with all original packaging intact.

Returns

Changed your mind? You have 14 days from the date your order was delivered for a full refund (excluding shipping costs). All garments must be in their original condition (unworn, unaltered, unwashed and have their original tags and labels attached).

Before the deadline, you must inform us of your decision by e-mail at info@danieleorlandi.com or by filling out the form to arrange your return. The refund will take place within 14 days. 

Arranging a return/exchange

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs - to reduce this cost for customers we have partnered with a shipping provider to make the process simpler and cheaper:

IT: we offer a convenient returns service for €3
EU: returns service for a small fee of €7
US, UK & CH: return fee of €10
ROW: €15-20

To return an item(s):

• Email us (info@danieleorlandi.com)

• You will then receive an email confirming that you have exercised your right of withdrawal with everything you need to proceed with the return of the product

• We will then send you an email once we have received your return/exchange.
