Return & exchanges
Exchanges
We have 30 days policy where garments can be exchanged. Exchanges within the European Union are free of charge: we will ship the replacement at no additional cost.
Items can be also exchanged directly at our atelier.
For exchanges outside the European Union shipping costs are responsibility of the customer.
All garments must be in unused condition with all original packaging intact.
Returns
Items may be returned if unsatisfied within 14 days from the date your order was delivered for a full refund (excluding shipping costs). All garments must be in their original condition (unworn, unaltered, unwashed and have their original tags and labels attached).
Before the deadline, you must inform us of your decision by e-mail at info@danieleorlandi.com or by filling out the form to arrange your return. The refund will take place within 10 business days from product reception.
Returns shipping cost is charged to the customer and will be deducted from the purchase refund.
Arranging a return/exchange
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs - to reduce this cost for customers we have partnered with a shipping provider to make the process simpler and cheaper:
IT: we offer a convenient returns service for €5
EU: returns service for a small fee of €8

To return an item(s):
Fill out this form or email us (info@danieleorlandi.com)
You will then receive an email confirming that you have exercised your right of withdrawal with everything you need to proceed with the return of the product
Once the products are received we will check their condition within 5 days and send you an email to confirm the issue of the refund
We will then send you an email once we have received your return/exchange and issue a refund, net of shipping cost, to the original payment method
