Every purchase comes with a lifetime guarantee that includes in-house repairs and a range of services designed to extend the life of our products as long as possible. Product damaged through wear and tear, misuse, or neglect may be able to be repaired for free. We’ll always be here to repair them where we can. Just send ship them back or drop off.
Alternatively we can ship spare parts worldwide for local repair.
In addition, we offer in-house tailoring services such as re-modelling or sartorial alterations at cost. These includes:
Garment remodelling (e.g. shortening/lengthening sleeves, tightening/widening)
Tailoring alterations to new requirements
Spare parts
Small care operations, such as replacing a button, can be done very easily. That is why we always provide extra parts in our garments, but if you need more material we are happy to supply it.
