The origin of our fabrics

We believe in the beauty of natural fabrics and fascinated by true craftsmanship. That’s why we are constantly in search of this excellence visiting suppliers in hidden corners, sourcing the finest fibres and bringing them to our atelier.

We're proud of the raw materials we use and all the mills and manufacturers we work with. Over the years we have fostered close relationships with a wide range of artisans and mills that share our values tracing as far as possible the supply chain involved.

A wide selection both in terms of provenance and materials (organic silk, handwoven wools, European linens..) but each share a mutual respect for quality and sustainability.

The origins are various through the countries: from Norther Ireland to India passing by silks native to Turkey. It’s not only a variety in terms of provenances but mostly in terms of characteristics, that are very different from each other: from the wild silks from West Bengal to the traditional Austrian Loden, passing through the refined Belgian linens.

All fabrics are either traditional products made by artisanal weavers or high-fashion textiles sourced by some of the most trusted and renown Italian & European partners. In most cases these suppliers achieved several certifications related to product responsibility such as Masters of Linen, GOTS and Oeko-Tex or signed commitment such as the Detox program.
